+Students of select undergraduate majors can apply for Early Entry for the Master of Public Health to complete both degrees in as few as five years.
Some programs offered by the School of Arts & Sciences may require a criminal background check, child abuse clearance, specific immunizations, and other health-related clearances to participate in experiential learning required as part of your undergraduate curriculum. GMercyU students have the opportunity to gain real-world experience through internships at some of the area’s top companies, such as ESPN, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), WHYY, and the Office of the Attorney General, among others.

Research Opportunities
Many students in the School of Arts & Sciences work closely with faculty members on original research projects, and are invited to present at and attend the Undergraduate Research Conference held annually in April.
